RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH
ENGINEERING FIRM OF BIGGS AND MATHEWS, INC.
FOR DESIGN OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE SECONDARY
RESERVOIR.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to accomplish
certain modifications to the secondary reservoir for the storage
of raw water;
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of Biggs and Mathews, Inc. is
acceptable to the City to perform the design engineering for this
project; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract with
the engineering firm for the stated design work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract is hereby approved with a fee of $3,500.00, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute the contract for the
City of Wichita Falls.
