RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SEVENTH AMENDMENT
WITH HCR CAR RENTALS AND EXTENDING THE LEASE
EXPIRATION DATE UNTIL APRIL 30, 1990.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car leases at Municipal
Airport with HCR Car Rentals; and,
WHEREAS, the City and said lessee desire to extend the terms of such leases
to April 30, 1990 for the same rental and other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS: that,
The seventh amendment to the contract with HCR Car Rentals is hereby approved
and the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the city.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 20th day of February, 1990.
