RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXERCISE OPTION TO CONTRACT FOR
CATERING SERVICES AT THE WICHITA FALLS
ACTIVITIES CENTER
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Cantu Services, Inc.
entered into a contract dated February 7, 1989, providing for
catering services at the Activities Center for the period
beginning March 1, 1989, and ending February 28, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, said contract provides for the extension of the
contract for four additional one -year periods at the mutual
agreement of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the contract for an
additional one -year period as provided in the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That the City Manager is authorized to exercise option to
extend contract for an additional one -year period for Catering
Services at the Wichita Falls Activities Center.
