A RESOLUTION WAIVING SERVICE FEE PROVISION OF
RESOLUTION 176 -83 FOR UTILITY COLLECTIONS AND WATER
DISTRIBUTION AND MAINTENANCE DIVISIONS ON CITY WATER
ACCOUNT 14- 066 - 01943 -9.
WHEREAS, Resolution 176 -83 provides a service fee for
returned checks of $10.00 each and,
WHEREAS, The City Council finds that the circumstances
involved in this situation are exceptional and that the
above described waiver should be granted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
A waiver of Resolution No. 176 -83 for Utility
Collection Account 14- 066 - 019443 -9 is hereby granted so that
the band; service fee in the amount of Ten Dollars and No
Cents ($10.00) is hereby waived.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of February, 1990.
