RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR
THE CDBG FALLS TO O'REILLY PARK TRAIL PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has entered into a
contract for the CDBG Falls to O'reilly Park Trail Project dated
September 6, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that Change Order No. 2 is necessary to
address additional quantities required to stabilize retaining
wall footings on this project, and the estimated cost of these
additional quantities based on unit prices is $42,525.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said Change Order No.2 is hereby approved and the City
Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No.2 for the City
with said Contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of January, 1990.
