RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR LYNWOOD WEST
SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the improvements to the sanitary sewer
system in the Lynwood West Subdivision, which bids were to be
made on unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Morris Plumbing Company, who bid unit prices with an estimated
total of $13,614.80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid price of Morris Plumbing Company with an
estimated total of $13,614,80 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16th day of January, 1990.
