RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SIXTH AMENDMENT
WITH HCR CAR RENTALS AND EXTENDING THE
LEASE EXPIRATION DATE UNTIL FEBRUARY 28, 1990.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car leases at Municipal
Airport with HCR Car Rentals; and,
WHEREAS, the City and said leasee desire to extend the terms of such
leases to February 28, 1990 for the same rental and other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS: that,
The sixth amendment to the contract with HCR Car Rentals is hereby
approved and the City Manger is authorized to execute same for the city.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 4th date of January, 1990.
