RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FOURTH AMENDMENT
TO THE RENTAL CAR LEASE AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WITH METRO RENTAL, INC., DBA AS BUDGET RENT
A CAR.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car leases at Municipal Airport
with Metro Rental Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, the City and leasee desire to extend the terms of such leases until
February 29, 1990 for the same rental and other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, that:
The fourth amendment to the contract with Metro Rentals, Inc. is hereby approved,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the city.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 4th day of January , 1990.
