RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE CDBG RIVER ROAD AND WILLIAMS
DRIVE OVERLAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG River Road and Williams Drive
Overlay Overlay; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Shur -Flo Utilities Company, who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $123,895.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Shur -Flo Utilities Company, in the
amount of $123,895.00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of January, 1990.
