RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE CDBG SCOTLAND PARK PARKING
LOT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Scotland Park Parking Lot
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Bob Bounds Paving Company, who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $351,248.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Bob Bounds Paving Company, in the
amount of $35,248.00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 4th day of January, 1990.
