RESOLUTION APPROVING SIXTH AMENDMENT WITH
M & M RENTAL SERVICES, DBA NATIONAL CAR LEASING
FOR LEASE OF SPACE AT WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car leases at Municipal Airport
with M & M Rental Services; and,
WHEREAS, the City and the leasee desire to extend the terms of such lease
to December 31, 1990 for the same rental terms and other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The sixth amendment to the contract with M & M Rentals is hereby approved
and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for the city.
