RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR BANKING AND INVESTMENT SERVICES FOR
THE MANAGING DEPOSITORY.
WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Wichita Falls has advertised
for proposals to act. as depository of City funds for two (2)
years from October 1 , 1991 ; and ,
WHEREAS, of the proposals received , it is found that the
proposal of Bank One offers the most favorable terms and
conditions to serve as Managing Depository.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS THAT:
The proposal of Bank One to serve as Managing Depository for
a two (2) year period beginning October 1 , 1991 is hereby
accepted , and the City Manager is authorized to execute
contracts for banking and investments services containing
the terms and provisions of such proposal .
