RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING
PURCHASE OF PORTABLE RADIOS FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, proposals were solicited to provide twenty
portable radios and four chargers for the Police Department,
and
WHEREAS, of the proposals submitted, General Electric
submitted the most responsible proposal in the amount of
22 ,854 . 00
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposal submitted by General Electric is accepted
and the Police Department is authorized to purchase the
radios as specified.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of December,
1991.
