RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE
THE COMMUNITY ACTION CORPORATION FOR
PROPERTY AT 602 BROAD
WHEREAS, the City currently owns property at 602 Broad; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to lease this property to the
Community Action Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a lease
agreement with the Community Action Corporation for property at
602 Broad.
