RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO CASCO
INDUSTRIES FOR FIRE FIGHTING HELMETS.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for fire fighting helmets; and,
WHEREAS, Mile-Hi T Fire Equipment did not bid the high
temperature faceshield (Tufcoat ) and therefore did not meet
minimum specification; and,
WHEREAS, Casco Industries was the lowest responsive
bidder with a bid of $13, 200;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for fire fighting helmets be awarded to Casco
Industries in the amount of $13, 200.
