RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 159-90 TO
INCORPORATE LABORATORY CHARGES FOR AMMONIA
NITROGEN TESTS
WHEREAS, the City Council on September 18, 1990 approved
Resolution 159-90 to establish charges for utility labor,
equipment, materials and services;
WHEREAS, the cited resolution in Section V established
charges for various tests conducted by the wastewater laboratory;
WHEREAS, the wastewater laboratory is receiving increasing
requests for ammonia nitrogen tests, and the cited resolution
does not provide a laboratory charge for the ammonia nitrogen
test; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to respond to the requests and
to establish an appropriate charge for the ammonia nitrogen
tests.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section V of Resolution 159-90 dated September 18, 1990 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section V: Wastewater Laboratory Test Charges: The
charge for each sample is indicated below for the
specified laboratory test:
