RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR CERTAIN PARCELS
OF EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF DEEDS TO CONVEY TITLE.
WHEREAS, fifteen parcels of excess real property have been
advertised for sale to the general public; and,
WHEREAS, sealed bids were opened on October 21, 1991,
submitted by eleven bidders who desire to purchase said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The following parcels of real property located
in Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, have been identified as
excess and have been advertised for sale to the public by sealed
bid:

SECTION 3 . The above high bids are hereby approved with the
following exception:

not adequate due to the good condition of the
house.
SECTION 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to join the
officers of the other taxing entities in executing special
warranty deeds conveying title to the buyers of the properties.
