Res 178-91 11/5/1991RESOLUTION NO. / /4 -9/ RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR CERTAIN PARCELS OF EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DEEDS TO CONVEY TITLE. WHEREAS, fifteen parcels of excess real property have been advertised for sale to the general public; and, WHEREAS, sealed bids were opened on October 21, 1991, submitted by eleven bidders who desire to purchase said property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1.
