RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FROM TEAM
CONSULTANTS INC, FOR A GEOTECHNICAL STUDY OF
THE SOUTH AND WESTERN 180 ACRES OF THE CITY'S
CURRENT LANDFILL SITE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls operates a municipal
solid waste landfill, and additional subsurface information is
needed to enhance future landfill liner construction at this
site; and,
WHEREAS, a proposal to provide this information has been
received from the geotechnical engineering firm of Team
Consultants, Inc. , in the estimated amount of $17, 374 .50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said proposal of Team Consultants, Inc. , is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is authorized to release payments as the
work outlined in this proposal is completed.
