RESOLUTION NOMINATING TWO MEMBERS TO SERVE ON
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WICHITA
APPRAISAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the terms of service of the two City of Wichita
Falls-appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Wichita
Appraisal District expire at the end of 1991 ; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council of the City of
Wichita Falls to submit names for potential nominees to serve on
said Board of Directors for two-year terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Michael Lam and Ronald Buffum are hereby nominated to fill
the expired terms for Wichita Falls to the Board of Directors of
the Wichita Appraisal District. These names will be furnished to
the Wichita Appraisal District for its consideration.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of November, 1991.
