RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH
ENGINEERING FIRM OF CORLETT, PROBST AND BOYD,
INC. FOR 1991-92 BUDGET UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City conducts an annual project to rehabilitate
selected water and sewer lines and facilities;
WHEREAS, the City desires to engage the engineering firm of
Corlett, Probst and Boyd, Inc. for the engineering services for
the 1991-92 Budget Utility Improvements Project; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined a proposed contract
for the purposes stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract to engage the engineering of Corlett, Probst
and Boyd, Inc. for engineering services related to the 1991-92
Budget Utility Improvements Project is hereby approved at a
maximum base fee of $45, 000. The City Manager is authorized to
execute the contract for the City.
