RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH WICHITA FALLS MUSEUM AND ART CENTER
WHEREAS, the City wishes to operate a paddle boat
rental operation by the lake owned by the Wichita Falls
Museum and Art Center; and,
WHEREAS, the Museum wishes to be held harmless from all
property damage or personal injury liability resulting from
the operation; and,
WHEREAS, execution of an agreement stipulating the
conditions of land use will be beneficial to both parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with the Museum that holds the Museum harmless
from liability resulting from negligence in the operation of
the paddle boat rental operation.
