RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH U. S.
WEST PUBLIC SAFETY GROUP FOR SOFTWARE
SUPPORT FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Police Department's
dispatching and records keeping systems are facilitated
through utilization of computers, and
WHEREAS, U. S. West Public Safety Group provides the
software for these computer operations and continued
operation depends upon their support for this software,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with U. S. West Public Safety Group in the amount
of $26, 085. 15, for the contract period October 1, 1991
through September 30, 1992 , and to sign such contract.
