RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID TO
SCALES CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION CO. AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE NORTHEAST DRIVE DRAINAGE
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Northeast Drive Drainage Project and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Scales Concrete Construction Company, who bid unit prices
equalling the sum of $31,795.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Scales Concrete Construction Company,
in the amount of $31,795.25 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for this project.
