RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PIPELINE AGREEMENT WITH
THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE
NORTH DRAINAGE BASIN PROJECT.
WHEREAS, as a part of the North Drainage Basin Sanitary
Sewer Improvement Project, the City of Wichita Falls must install
a sewer trunk main at Mile Post 1. 3 to Mile Post 1.7 on property
owned by the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined the proposed pipeline
agreement prepared by the Missouri Pacific and considers it to be
in the best interest of the City to accept such agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed pipeline agreement between the City of Wichita
Falls and the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, for the
installation of a sewer trunk main at Mile Post 1. 3 to Mile Post
1.7 is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute said pipeline agreement on behalf of the City of Wichita
Falls.
