RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL
PROPERTY AS EXCESS AND DIRECTING THE LAND TO
BE SOLD BY SEALED BIDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reduce the inventory of
real property acquired from delinquent tax suits and remaining
from various street projects; and,
WHEREAS, fifteen parcels of land have been identified as
excess, and it is in the public interest to return these parcels
to private ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The following described real property located in Wichita
Falls, Wichita County, Texas, is declared as excess, and the
Property Administrator is directed to advertise for sealed bids
for the sale of such property.
1. 2228 Alice
Lot 15, Block 17, Sunnyside Heights Addition.
2. 1404 Austin
Lot 3 , Block 220, Original Townsite.
3. 1501 Austin
Northwest twenty feet by seventy-five feet of
Lot 9 and the West one-half of Lot 10, Block
227, Original Townsite.

The Southwest fifty-five feet of the North one-
half of Lot 1, Block 4, Bellevue Addition.
