RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID TO M &
F LITTEKEN COMPANY FOR THE LUCY POND PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Lucy Pond Project ; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
M & F Litteken Company, who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
54,508. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of M & F Litteken Company, in the amount
of $54, 508. 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
