RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO BENSON
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR THE NORTHSIDE
SEWER TRUNK MAIN, PHASE I PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Northside Sewer Trunk Main, Phase I
Project, which bids were to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Benson Construction Company, Inc. of Haughton, LA. , who bid unit
prices with an estimated total of $1,065, 101.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid Benson Construction Company, Inc. with
an estimated total of $1,065, 101 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the construction of such project.
