RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO DECATUR
CONSTRUCTION FOR THE ROTARY PARK SIDEWALK
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Rotary Park Sidewalk Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Decatur Construction who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
11,675. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Decatur Construction in the amount of
11, 675.00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for this
project
