RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID TO
BEAVERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE LANDFILL
SOIL LINER VIII AND WET CELL I PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Landfill Soil Liner VIII and Wet Cell
I Project ; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Beavers Construction Company, who bid unit prices equalling the
sum of $358, 196.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Beavers Construction Company, in the
amount of $358,196.50 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
