RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID TO
B.D.HAYNES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE CDBG
REDFOX EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Redfox Extension Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
B.D. Haynes Construction Company, who bid unit prices equalling
the sum of $399, 354.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of B.D. Haynes Construction Company, in
the amount of $399, 354 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
