RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO WALLACE
AND RAUB CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC FOR THE WEEKS
PARK AND HAMILTON PARK TENNIS CENTER TENNIS
COURT RENOVATION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Weeks Park and Hamilton Park Tennis
Center Tennis Court Renovation; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Wallace and Raub Construction Co. , Inc. who bid unit prices
equalling the sum of $301,995.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Wallace and Raub Construction Co. ,
Inc. in the amount of $301,995. 00 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for this project
