REJECTION OF BIDS FOR THE BRIDWELL PARK POND
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Bridwell Park Pond ; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bid exceeds
the funds available.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bids exceeds the funds and are hereby
rejected.
