RESOLUTION 125-85 REQUESTED BY WALLACE AND
RAUB CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. FOR THE WEEKS
PARK AND HAMILTON PARK TENNIS CENTERS TENNIS
COURT RENOVATION
WHEREAS, Wallace and Raub Construction Co. , Inc. has
requested a exception to Resolution 125-85; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the request for the exception is
due to the specialized construction required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
the request for the exception to Resolution 125-85 is
accepted.
