RESOLUTION NO.
AWARD OF BID TO DUKE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
THE SOUTHWEST PARKWAY DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Southwest Parkway Drainage Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Duke Construction Company who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $62,312.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Duke Construction Company in the
amount of $62,312 . 00 and is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project
