RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE EDGECLIFF DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the EDGECLIFF DRAINAGE PROJECT; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
McGANN CONSTRUCTION Company, who bid unit prices equalling the
sum of $12,892 .80.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of McGANN CONSTRUCTION Company, in the
amount of $12,892 .80 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
