A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL FOR THE TEMPORARY SALE OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT JAYCEE PARK FOR THE RED RIVER CHILI
CHAMPIONSHIP ON SEPTEMBER 6 AND 7, 1991
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Jaycees plan a Red River Chili
Championship in Jaycee Park on September 6 and 7, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, it is desirable to permit the sale of beer during the
event; and,
WHEREAS, circumstances in this situation are exceptional.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Approval is hereby given for the temporary sale of alcoholic
beverages at Jaycee Park for the Red River Chili Championship in
Jaycee Park on September 6 and 7, 1991.
