RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO JAMES LANE AIR
CONDITIONING COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT OF
HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AT 402
EAST SCOTT FACILITY
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for the
replacement of the heating and air conditioning system at the
City facility at 402 East Scott; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the bids submitted and has
found James Lane Air Conditioning Company to be the lowest,
responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the contract to install a new heating and air
conditioning system at 402 East Scott is hereby awarded to James
Lane Air Conditioning Company in the amount of $14,824 . 00. The
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the stated
purpose.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of August, 1991.
