RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH MICHAEL
E. KOEN ARCHITECTS, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL
CONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO REPLACEMENT OF
THE ROOF AT FIRE STATION NO. 2, 425 BONNER
STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls requires certain
architectural services for a project related to the replacement
of the roof at Fire Station No. 2 ; whereas, the architectural
firm of Michael E. Koen Architects, Inc. , Wichita Falls, Texas is
acceptable to the City and is willing to enter into a contract to
perform the required architectural services; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined a proposed contract
for these purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed contract with Michael E. Koen Architects, Inc.
is hereby approved for theyovedpprfrth purposes stated at a total base cost
not to exceed $5, 000. 00 for the project at Fire Station No. 2 .
The City Manager is authorized to execute the contract.
