RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT OF PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
FINAL STATEMENTS OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES AND
PROPOSED USE OF FUNDS UNDER THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has conducted Public
Hearings on the proposed reallocation of $101, 285 from previously
approved Community Development Block Grant Entitlement funds, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken public comments given at
these hearings into consideration in amending and revising the
Final Statement of Community Development Objectives and Proposed
Use of Funds.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
F ALLS TEXAS THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to reallocate $101, 285
in funds from previously approved Community Development Block Grant
Entitlement funds as indicated in the program description.
