RESOLUTION TO GRANT EASEMENT TO TEXAS
UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR NEW SERVICE AT
RIVER ROAD WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is reconstructing the
River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant and is consolidating the
various electric service points into a single, newly located
service point;
WHEREAS, Texas Utilities Electric Company must have an
easement across City property to install new distribution lines
and padmounted equipments; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed easement
document and desires to award the easement to Texas Utilities
Company for the purposes stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The granting of an easement to the Texas Utilities Electric
Company for installation of electric distribution lines and
padmounted equipments to serve the modified River Road Wastewater
Treatment Plant is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to sign the easement document for the City of Wichita
Falls.
