AWARD OF BID TO SCALES CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION,
INC FOR THE RIDGEMONT DRIVE DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Ridgemont Drive Drainage Project;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Scales Concrete Construction, Inc. who bid unit prices equalling
the sum of $52,785.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Scales Concrete Construction, Inc. in
the amount of $52 ,785.50 is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 4th day of June, 1991.
