AWARD OF BID TO SCALES CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION,
INC. FOR THE CDBG CENTRAL FIRE STATION
PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Central Fire Station Parking Lot
Reconstruction Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Scales Concrete Construction, Inc. who bid unit prices equalling
the sum of $30,499.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Scales Concrete Construction, Inc. of
30,499.50 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for this
project.
