RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO UTILITY
CONTRACTORS OF AMERICA, INC. FOR 1990-91
BUDGET UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the 1990-91 Budget Utility Improvements
Project, which bids were to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsive bidder is
Utility Contractors of America,Inc. who bid unit prices with an
estimated total of $544, 614.90.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Utility Contractors of America, Inc.
with an estimated total of $544, 614.90 is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said contractor for the construction of said project.
