RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR CERTAIN PARCELS
OF EXCESS REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF DEEDS TO CONVEY TITLE.
WHEREAS, twenty-one parcels of excess real property have
been advertised for sale to the general public; and,
WHEREAS, sealed bids were opened on May 10, 1991, submitted
by eleven bidders who desire to purchase said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The following parcels of real property located
in Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, have been identified as
excess and have been advertised for sale to the public by sealed

tax appraised value of the property is
2,113 .00.
SECTION 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to join the
officers of the other taxing entities in executing special
warranty deeds conveying title to the buyers of the properties.
