RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXERCISE OPTION TO CONTRACT FOR
CONCESSIONAIRE AT THE MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM
LOBBY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and the Wichita Falls
Founder Lions Club entered into a contract dated May 1, 1990 to
operate as the concessionaire for the Memorial Auditorium Lobby;
and,
WHEREAS, said contract provides for the extension of the
contract on an annual basis at the mutual agreement of the
parties; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the contract for a
second one-year period as provided in the contract.
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the contract.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to exercise option to
extend contract with the Wichita Falls Founder Lions Club to
operate as the concessionaire for the Memorial Auditorium Lobby
for a second additional one-year term beginning May 31, 1991 and
ending May 31, 1992 .
