RESOLUTION TO PLACE UNCOLLECTED INVOICES INTO
DORMANT STATUS
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department performs certain
services for which the user of the service is charged a standard
rate;
WHEREAS, several invoices for services are uncollected and
because of their age, need to be placed into a dormant status:
and,
WHEREAS, a list of the invoices to be placed into the
dormant status is attached to this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The invoices shown on the attached list are hereby placed
into a dormant status.
