RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVENTH AMENDMENT WITH HCR CAR
RENTALS AND EXTENDING THE LEASE EXPIRATION DATE UNTIL
APRIL 30, 1992 .
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car
leases at Municipal Airport with HCR Car Rentals; and ,
WHEREAS, the City and the leasee desire to extend the
terms of such lease to April 30, 1992 for the same rental
terms and other provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT
The ninth amendment to the contract with HCR Car
Rentals is hereby approved and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the same for the city.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 16th day of April 1991 .
