RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL
PROPERTY AS EXCESS AND DIRECTING THE LAND TO
BE SOLD BY SEALED BIDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reduce the inventory of
real property which has been acquired from delinquent tax suits;
and,
WHEREAS, twenty-one parcels of land have been identified as
excess, and it is in the public interest to return these parcels
to private ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The following described real property located in Wichita
Falls, Wichita County, Texas, is declared as excess, and the
Property Administrator is directed to advertise for sealed bids
for the sale of such property.

The Northwest twenty feet by seventy-five feet of Lot 9
