RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT PROJECT TO INSTALL
IMPROVEMENTS AT SANITARY SEWER LIFT STATION
AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with
Poteet Construction Co. , Inc. of Wichita Falls for installation
of certain improvements at a Sanitary Sewer Lift Station on
Kenley Lane;
WHEREAS, the improvements are complete and the Staff has
found the work to be acceptable and recommended the Council
accept the project; and,
WHEREAS, the original contract was for $45, 322 . 00 and the
City has made previous payments in the amount of $44,415.56,
leaving an amount due to the Contractor of $906.44.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to install improvements on the Sanitary Sewer
Lift Station is hereby accepted as complete and the City Manager
is authorized to make a final payment of $906.44 to the
Contractor.
