RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO WPW UTILITIES FOR
RELOCATION OF WATER LINE ON MIDWESTERN
PARKWAY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for a project to relocate a water line on Midwestern Parkway,
which bids were to be made on a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsive bidder is
WPW Utilities who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
24,943 .55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of WPW Utilities with an estimated total
of $24,943 . 55 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project.
